Welcome to the MANAGING team applications. Before filling up the form down below, we'll ask you to check our requirements :

Globally :
• Knows at least a bit about SYP-TOWN artists.

• It's most likely to have discord, but you still can be taken if you don't.

• Can speak / understand English.

• Can communicate easily.

• Have at least a bit knowledge in OE groups and networks.

Manager :

• Have at least a bit of knowledge in girlgroups, american, korean and japanese ones.

• Be able to produce a tracklist with a fixed concept.

• Can manage time and schedule.

• Is able to communicate with every other team to get projects to success.

Team Supervisor :

• We only need 3 team supervisors, one for each team exept the management one.

• Be active, concentrated and not shy to ask questions about current projects.

• Be aware to every member of your team, knowing what everyone is doing, their deadlines.

• Having discord and instagram gives higher chances to be taken.

Project Manager :

• What's good about this job is that you will not have work EVERYTIME, just projects by projects.

• HAVING DISCORD IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

• Can communicate with everyone to get projects to success.
