By signing, I agree to the Qi Party 50% deposit due at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance including gratuity (service fee) for the therapists assigned to serving the party. is due 72 hours prior to the party day. This honors our 72-hour group cancellation / rescheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or change the services for any guests within your booking, 72 hours notice is required for refund of the deposit. We require payment to go through ONE credit card, we do not split payments for our spa party groups. By signing, I acknowledge and agree to these policies. No Qi Party will be scheduled without this signature.
