* Until five days before the reservation you may claim refund minus 60 NIS cancellation fee.

* From five days before the reservation until 24 hours before the retreat, you receive credit minus 60 NIS, which may be applied to another Midreshet B’erot Bat Ayin retreat, classes, book purchases. Credit is good for 2 full years.

* Within 24 hours before the retreat no credit is given.
