I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold Kitty Care and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster cats/kittens.

I accept full responsibility for the cats/kittens actions at all times, and release Kitty Care - Durban from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such cats/kittens.

I hereby agree to go for onboarding in Sea View Durban and send a video of my home (inside and outside) so that Kitty Care - Durban can conduct a home inspection.

I agree that if I'm unable to foster the cats/kittens anymore that I will return the cats/kittens to Kitty Care - Durban and I will give Kitty Care - Durban a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster for the cats/kittens
