Vendors are required to stay open during the following times:

Thursday, October 20 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday, October 21 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday, October 22 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Fees if postmarked by 9/30/2022 *

$150 Active Mint Hill Chamber Member $150 Arts and Crafts $150 Independent Business (home-based business; Scentsy, 31 Gifts, etc.) $200 Children's Area - (limited number near rides; must be children themed)

Vendor fee includes a 10' x 10' space. Vendors are required to provide their own tents, tables and chairs. Should you require a space larger than 10' x 10' you will be charged accordingly.

NO GENERATORS WILL BE ALLOWED

NOTE: Limited festival lighting will be available.

I also agree to release and hold harmless Mint Hill Events, Inc., the Town of Mint Hill, its employees and volunteers; as well as the owners of any private property Mint Hill Madness utilizes from any damages, losses due to theft of the undersigned vendor's property, or for any personal injury which the vendor or anyone working for the vendor may sustain while participating in Mint Hill Madness.
