General Information:

The Juneteenth On Farish Festival will take place Saturday, June 17th, 2023 on Farish Street. Festival hours are from 5 PM – 10 PM on Saturday. This is an outdoor festival and will be held rain or shine.

Vendor Eligibility:

We are looking for quality food, promotional, and craft vendors. Food vendors must be in compliance with the Mississippi Health Department. All craft vendors must actually be selling their product at the Festival. Promotional Vendors are those who market their product, business or services only and are not selling an item at the Festival.

Vendor Fees:

• $100 for the event (10’X10’ space).
• All fees must be submitted at the time of application by this online form 

 Application Procedure:

1. Completed application required by all applicants (Including a description of all items to be sold or distributed).
2. Signed Hold Harmless Clause (on application)
3. All fees must be submitted at the time of application.
4. Vendors will be notified of their acceptance status by email in a timely manner (within 24-48 hours of submission). Those accepted will receive space assignment and set-up information.
5. Failure to submit required information will delay this process.

General Rules:

• Any food vendor cooking with an open flame must have a flame-retardant canopy and ground cover must be used to protect the area from grease spills. No frayed wires or overloaded extension cords are permitted.
• All display and selling areas must be placed within your 10’ X 10’ space.
• This is a family event. No flammable or harmful items may be displayed.
• No booth sharing is allowed.
• Event security will be provided. Each vendor is responsible for securing their booth. The Festival is not responsible for any loss or theft incurred by any vendor.
• Exit door and aisles in the tent must be unobstructed to the vendors at all times.
• Vendors are responsible for removing all trash from their area after the event.
• Vendor must notify the Festival immediately of cancellation. No refunds will be granted within 30 days of the event.

Participants are required to remain open during all Festival hours.

Vendor Information
If your booth does not fit in a 10’ X 10’ space, you must supply details of your size and needs to be considered as a participant. Additional fees will be applied to oversized spaces.

Canopies are recommended but not required. You must supply your own canopy; we will not supply any vendors with any canopies nor tables.

Consent to Photograph /Videotape / Interview Individuals Please read, date and provide your signature on the next pages Terms & Conditions I hereby agree and give my permission for Juneteenth on Farish and/or partners to record, film,photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Juneteenth on Farish website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works.

I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of Juneteenth on Farish's control. I agree that I will not hold the Juneteenth on Farish organization, partners, staff or volunteers responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.

Hold Harmless Clause & Signature

Vendors, its officers, and members shall hold harmless and defend Juneteenth On Farish and its agents, officers and volunteers from all liability, judgments, suits, costs and actions, including attorneys’ fees and all costs of litigation of every kind and description brought or rendered against Juneteenth On Farish as a result of loss, damage, or injury of persons or property by reason of any act of failure to act by its officers, members or volunteers.
