This form must be accompanied by: $500 Deposit, Passport Number, & Emergency Contact Info. Full payment must be received no later than 45 days prior to departure. Accommodation arrangements will not be processed until receipt of completed registration forms.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Senegal tour cost is $1800.00. Tour costs do not include airfare. Individuals are responsible for booking their own flights. Please contact Idy if you wish to take the same flight. Accommodation arrangements will not be processed until receipt of completed registration form and deposit.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: A deposit of $500.00 is required at registration. Full payment must be made by November 12, 2024. Payments may be made with a Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Personal Check, or by Zelle (IdyCiss27@yahoo.com/773-620-4111). Late fees will be applied to all payments after October 29, 2024. A $25.00 charge will be applied to NSF checks.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellations made on or before December 1, 2024, will incur a $200 administrative fee.

The Senegal tour reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or change the tour in whole or in part at anytime, in any event deemed necessary of the change.
