1. Eligibility
Applicants must be currently enrolled in high school during the academic year in which they apply.
Financial aid is intended for students who demonstrate genuine financial need and require assistance to attend Prosper Foundation programs and conferences.
Applicants must submit the Prosper All Access application before registering for the relevant Prosper conference or program.
2. Application Limits
Applicants may only apply once for the Prosper All Access 360 ("360") program per academic year (August 1 to July 31 of the following year).
Duplicate 360 submissions will not be accepted and will result in automatic disqualification for that academic year.
Applications cannot be edited or resubmitted once submitted. Students should ensure all information is complete and accurate.
3. Required Documentation
Applicants must provide accurate financial information as requested (e.g., household status, relevant circumstances).
Supporting documents may be requested for verification. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the application being declined.
Any falsification or misrepresentation will result in immediate denial and potential future ineligibility.
4. AI & Plagiarism
All written responses must reflect the applicant’s own authentic work.
Excessive AI-generated content, plagiarism, or any form of automated writing that misrepresents the applicant’s voice is strictly prohibited.
Submissions flagged for near-total AI usage, copied content, or misrepresentation will be rejected without exception.
Applicants found violating this policy may be deemed ineligible for Prosper All Access for the remainder of the academic year and may face restrictions in future Prosper programs.
5. Review Process
All applications are reviewed by Prosper Foundation’s Board of Directors. Decisions are based on demonstrated financial need, application completeness, and availability of funding. Submitting an application does not guarantee financial aid, and all decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
6. Approval Conditions
Successful applicants will receive an email outlining the amount awarded and next steps. All Access aid is non-transferable and applies only to the specific conference or program indicated in the decision email. Recipients must still complete all event registration steps and adhere to all conference deadlines and policies.
7. Conduct & Participation
Recipients are expected to attend and participate fully in the program they receive All Access assistance for. Failure to attend without valid reason may impact eligibility for future Prosper financial aid opportunities.
8. Program Adjustments
Prosper Foundation reserves the right to modify or update the Prosper All Access policies, award amounts, or requirements at any time. Changes will not affect applications already submitted and under review.
