* The EVOLVE-FUNctional Training Fitness Class will be a series of 6 classes, over 2 weeks, with 3 scheduled classes per week
* The goal is for You to "evolve" your fitness and health, to reach new levels, and to set new and exciting goals to enhance overall wellness
* The class will incorporate a variety of training concepts including cardiovascular training using different exercises, power training incorporating fun fitness tools, agility and mobility training, sports conditioning integrating multiple concepts, and muscular conditioning in all areas
* You will get a taste of different training styles and equipment that our personal trainers use to enhance workouts
* You will have a chance to comment on your experience , and if you desire, you will be paired up with a trainer once the sessions are complete to extend your training journey
