Application Instructions:
We advise students abroad to apply 6-8 weeks before the desired starting date. You may Email all support documents to Admissions@approachusa.com.

The following items must be enclosed with your application:
1. Completed and signed application for admission and enrollment agreement. (If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian must also sign.);
2. Copy of biographical page of your passport (if you are already in the US, please include a copy of your current visa and I-94 card);
3. Financial support documentation (current bank statement and sponsorship letter, in ENGLISH, stating sufficient funds for the minimum duration of your studies at APPROACH).
4. Application related fees (see page 3).
The minimum age to attend APPROACH classes in an unsupervised capacity is 18 with the exception of the ESL Teen Cultural Program open to students ages 13-17. APPROACH does not provide supervision or accept responsibility for enrolled students under the age of 18.

Approach can also accept a letter guaranteeing financial support from your employer or an original scholarship letter from your government or another organization

To request housing, check your preferences and forward the US$100 housing placement fee plus $500 non-refundable housing deposit
The minimum time in which a full-time student may be enrolled in a housing arrangement is one month. The remainder of first month's housing payment is due to the housing provider in full upon to arrival. Housing providers have their own policies for cancellations and refunds. In most cases, the first and second weeks are non-refundable Upon arrival, all subsequent housing payments will be made directly to the housing provider. APPROACH will strive to provide the type of accommodation requested. In some cases, a particulartype of housing may not be available, in which case ample notice will be given to the student, who may choose another type of accommodation or may decline to accept accommodation through APPROACH. Under no circumstance, however, is APPROACH obligated to supply a particular accommodation type at any time.
