    Now we can begin the process of your custom hair extensions! Follow the instructions below and upload photos of your current hair on the next steps.

    This is the final stage of the application and the most important:

    •Must be current photos of your hair

    •Use your cell phone camera app with no filters

    •Have someone else take the photo for you (No Selfies!)

    •Take facing a window, not with the window behind you (No Flash or Direct Sun)

    •You will take 5 photos - Front (Face), Back, Sides and Top of Head

    •Upload your Inspiration photos showing your dream length and color!

  • WHAT TO EXPECT

    TRAVEL

    I offer private, luxury extension services out of my salon in San Angelo,Tx.

    We DO have a private airport that is linked below on our travel page. 

    American Airlines is the only public Airline that operates out of San Angelo and connects directly to DFW.

    THE HAIR

    As a part of the KG Luxe Experience, I provide only the CHANEL of hair extensions to my clientele. I have contracts with exclusive companies that ONLY allow select professionals to purchase from their private inventory. Working with multiple companies allows me to provide a variety of length, texture and color options for my guests and ensure the quality of your investment.

    Fine Hand Tied Extension Hair is fragile and must be replaced every 6 months to prevent damage to your natural hair and ensure your look is flawless. 

    During your first appointment you will recieve the ILES FORMULA SIGNATURE COLLECTION which includes a full size: Shampoo, Conditioner and Serum. 

      

    CONSULTATION

    Once your application has been recieved, you will be added to our waitlist and contacted via email when a new client spot becomes available.

    Virtual Consults are required in order to become a client and schedule your first install appointment. 

    During the consultation I will determine if we are a good fit as stylist and client along with how many rows and which length you'll need, as well as the amount of color work necessary to achieve your new look. 

    Once we have both chosen to move forward, you will recieve an invoice by email for the remainder of your appointment retainer. Once the invoice has been paid you are officially a VIP client and your install appointment date will be secured!

    Once you've become a member of my Hair Fam - you can look forward to a welcome email breaking down my home care recommendations, product usage, tips & tricks, FAQ's and policies.

  • INVESTMENT

    PAYMENT PLANS

    We offer payment plans that are totally customizeable on a schedule that works for you.

    Both Install and Maintenance Appointments are eligible.

     

    INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT

    (retainer included)

    • One Row: $2,500+
    • Two Rows: $3,750+
    • Crown Piece: $3,000+

    This depends on the length you will need and the amount of color work required to acheive your desired look. This estimate includes your Luxe Extension hair, custom color on your natural hair AND the extension hair, installation, cut and style, and a mini photoshoot along with full size Iles Formula Shampoo,Conditioner and Serum for your home care routine.

    There is a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer due after your consultation in order to secure your installation appointment. This amount will be applied towards the overall balance of your appointment and is NOT an additional fee.

     

    MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS

    Every move-up appointment includes color and starts at $1,000+

    Re-install the extensions every 5-6 weeks
    Replace extension hair every 6 months with brand new hair.

     

    *In the event you have to reschedule your initial appointment, I am able to reschedule one time. After one rescheduled appointment, the nonrefundable deposit will not be applied to any further appointments.

  • POLICIES

     *LATE: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you are choosing to forfeit your appointment time. Your appointment will be cancelled and a late fee of 50% of the scheduled service is due prior to booking a future appointment. 

    *CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: If you choose to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment with less than 7 days notice, you will be charged 50% of the booked service. This fee is due before you are able to book a future appointment.

    *NO CALL/NO SHOW:  a no call/no show is failure to cancel an appointment and/or failure to arrive. A no show fee of 100% of the booked service is due prior to booking a future appointment.

    *CHILDREN + ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
    We understand how important it is to carve out time for yourself. This is why we have chosen to be a child free salon. Please do not bring any additonal guests with you, including children, to your appointment. 

    *BUSINESS HOURS: Kim's in Salon Days (behind the chair) are Tuesdays & Thursdays. Any appointments scheduled outside of our business hours will incur an additional fee. 

     

    *HEALTH SCREENING:

    Please reschedule your appointment if:

    -You are sick or have a fever
    -Have recently been in contact with anyone who is sick

    Please know, you will kindly be asked to go home if you arrive to your appointment and seem sick and/or have a fever, and will be charged with the appropriate cancellation fee.

    *If this is your first appointment, you must pay the appropriate fee and a new non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook.​​

     

    LASTLY:

    *SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

    *WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

    *FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME SERVICES ARE RENDERED. ​​

    *PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO SANITATION PROTOCOLS. 

  • Should be Empty:
