Please use this form to submit a Tattoo Project Proposal for October 14th - 18th 2025. This form is for Michelle's guest spot at Fortress Tattoo only. Please do not submit for Michelle's Portland books on this form.

Michelle's travel rate for guest spots is $225/hr with a $200 minimum. Each session requires a $200 non-refundable deposit. Please note that Fortress Tattoo is cash only.

All designs are original art. Booking priority will be given to pre-drawn flash designs, and please note Michelle DOES NOT offer hand tattoos, or tattoos from the neck up.
