SALON POLICIES -
Cancellations: We kindly request 24 hours notice if your appointment must be changed or cancelled. This allows us time to fill your appointment with another client.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time may incur a rebooking fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No call, no shows may incur a rebooking fee equal to 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service may be adjusted to prevent imposing on the next client's scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled - cancellation fees will apply.
Refunds/Adjustments: We strive for complete customer satisfaction and want you to love your hair. If you feel your outcome is not in line with the goal discussed in your consultation, you may contact your stylist within 5 days to discuss a complimentary adjustment. Any alterations made at home or another salon will void the option of a complimentary adjustment. NO refunds will be issued.
