If you are selected after the interview, you will need to submit the following documents. If you do not possess them at the moment, please begin the process for getting these documents. 1. Passport (color copy) 2. Driver License 3. Visa details 4. Comprehensive car insurance 5. First Aid (less than 3 years old), CPR (less than 12 months old) 6. Copy of relevant Qualification/Diplomas/Certificates 7. WWVP card with NDIS Activities as Yes or Workers Screening Check ID (if you do not have a current check a National Police Check no older than 6 months is required) 8. Certificate of NDIS worker orientation module if done. If not please see the following link: https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/ 9. A photo of yourself (for ID card purpose)
