Household Support Fund
This form is to refer people into our Household Support Fund. Households with key meter or smart meters that are pay as you go and topped up in a shop may be eligible. We are particularly hoping to support low income families and those of pension age. Our partnership agencies may refer clients in (with their permission). We also welcome self referrals. The fund is going to close on 30th September 2022. This form will take about 10 minutes to complete, if you struggle to complete this form, please call us on 01395 265 070 and we can help you. By continuing you understand the following. We have to record a few details about you to make sure we are treating you according to our quality service standards and as required by data protection laws. We will need to store basic information about you and your query on our secure database and we may need to ask further information before issuing the vouchers. We will share some of your data to issue your codes via Charis Grants and to do some statistical analysis of our work. You retain full rights over your personal data, you can view our privacy policy on our website www.citizensadviceeastdevon.org Only one person per household can apply for these codes and you can only have them for a maximum of two sets of vouchers at least a month apart. This support fund will be popular and you should expect to wait a while before they are issued. Vouchers will be issued on a first come first serve basis until they run out.
