Please note: You must be owned, founded, or majority owned/operated by a woman or group of women to apply for the competition. WBENC is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to helping women-owned businesses thrive, and we intend to further this mission by considering the best of Women in Business for this competition hosted within their conference.

As a secondary requirement, the representatives for your business must be present at the conference to be considered for the prize. Virtual attendees will not be accepted as applicants for the competition, as the three finalists selected will be required to pitch their business in person at the WBENC Conference in Atlanta on June 8th, 2022.

Please keep applications to businesses in retail, or CPG. Service-based businesses will not be considered at this time.

Please note, we will be selecting finalists to pitch their companies on stage at the 2022 WBENC Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. We will let finalists know by June 3rd, 2022. If selected, you will need to prepare a pitch by June 8th, 2022 explaning your business to a panel of judges. This means you'll need to attend or send someone in your place, to be eligible to win.
