Settlement & Quick Pay Agreement
Cobra Trucking, LLC does not charge for payment made on our bi-weekly check runs. Accessorial charges must be approved in advance by broker’s dispatcher and must be supported by an invoice or signed receipt of funds paid. Quick pay fees are based on the settlement total dollars. This agreement between the parties shown on this contract is a binding document and is inclusive of all charges unless otherwise indicated. The undersigned agrees to accept these payments as payment in full and will not attempt to recover the above fees or deductions from Cobra Trucking, LLC.
Quick Pay Choices:
1 day pay term 9% deduction. (Check is mailed the day after receipt of accepted paperwork)
3 day pay term 7 % deduction. (Check is mailed on third day)
7 day pay term 5% deduction. (Check is mailed on the seventh day)
If you elect to utilize the Cobra Trucking, LLC quick pay options your invoices must meet the criteria below to qualify.
-You cannot have an established factoring company on file with Cobra Trucking, LLC. All payments submitted with a factoring company on file will be sent directly to the factoring company on file in the normal pay period.
-The words “Quick Pay” and the number of days for payment (We offer 7 days, 5 days, and 1 day) must be printed clearly on the invoice.
- All invoices for quick pay must be uploaded via the Quick Pay Submission web form. We will not accept mailed, emailed or faxed invoices for quick pay.
-Invoice, BOL, POD, and receipts must be legible, or invoice will be rejected.
