Thank you for your interest in being a vendor with She Selfish, a wellness initiative housed under The SoLoved Collective.

Please complete the form below to be considered for participation. Vendor spaces are limited and curated to ensure a diverse and high-quality experience.

Important: Submission and payment do not guarantee vendor acceptance. Applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be notified of their status within 3–5 business days.

Approved vendors will receive additional event details, including setup instructions and timelines.

Vendors are required to donate one item (minimum value $15) for a door prize or raffle. Duplicate product categories may be limited to ensure a balanced vendor experience.

• One (1) table and one (1) chair will be provided
• Vendors must provide all additional setup materials (tablecloths, signage, displays, etc.)
• Vendors must arrive and complete setup during the assigned time window (details will be sent prior to the event)
• Vendors may not break down before the event ends
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and professional space
• All trash and materials must be removed at the end of the event
• Vendors are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect toward all guests, staff, and fellow vendors

By submitting this form and participating as a vendor, you agree to the following terms:

Liability Waiver
I understand and assume all risks associated with my participation in this event. I hereby release and hold harmless She Selfish, The SoLoved Collective, event organizers, staff, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses, including but not limited to injury, illness, theft, or property damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own safety and property before, during, and after the event.

Health & Safety
I confirm that I am able to safely participate in this event and will conduct my activities in a manner that does not pose risk to myself, attendees, or other vendors.

Media Release
I grant permission to She Selfish and The SoLoved Collective to capture and use photographs and/or video footage of my booth, products, and participation for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across all platforms. This authorization remains in effect unless revoked in writing.

Vendor Fees & Refund Policy
I understand that submission and payment do not guarantee acceptance. If my application is not approved, a full refund will be issued. Once approved, vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host.

Vendor Expectations
I agree to follow all event guidelines, maintain professionalism, and adhere to setup and breakdown procedures. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or exclusion from future opportunities.

Communication Consent
I agree to receive event-related communication and updates via email and understand that my information may be used for future vendor opportunities.
