Vendor Application for She Selfish

An email will be sent with additional information, once payment is recieved. 

 Vendors are asked to donate 1 item for a door prize.

EVENT DAY PROCEDURES:

1 table and 1 chair will be provided.

The vendor is required to provide all other necessary items to set up their booth/table. It is understood that the vendor shall not remove their booth/sales table prior to the end of the event. Non-compliance will force She Selfish to exclude the offending vendor from future events.

SET UP:

Vendors must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event. The vendor is expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY guest.

As a vendor, I expressly assume the risk and legal liability related to my activity with She Selfish. I waive and release all claims for injuries, possible Covid-19 exposures, damages or loss which I may sustain as a result of my participation. I understand that I am solely responsible for my own safety both on the premises and in traveling to and from the work sites.

I warrant that I have no physical or psychological medical conditions that would create risk(s) for others or myself in connection with this vendor event.

Secondly, by submitting the following form, I hereby give my permission for She Selfish to use photographs or video footage taken during my time as a vendor in publications, presentations, websites and/or other promotional materials. I gladly give this authorization to support the efforts of She Selfish to continue until terminated in writing by either party (emails are accepted at contact@sheselfish.com)

Third, There are no vendor refunds, unless the event is cancelled by the host. 

And Lastly, vendors e-mail addresses will be added to our mailing list for online communication.

By signing this form, you are agreeing to all of the above rules as a general contract.
