2022 Bermuda Short-Handed Return
COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE
In consideration of my entry into the 2022 Bermuda Short-Handed Return ("BSHR"): I hereby agree to all of the conditions for the BSHR and the Notice of Race ("NOR") which I have read and understand. With regards to the yacht I have entered, I hereby warrant:

The yacht will be outfitted, equipped and handled in accordance with those conditions and rules.
The yacht and her equipment will comply in all respects with the BSHR's safety requirements, as defined in the Notice of Race, including NOR 6.1.7: Each entering yacht shall comply with the Newport Bermuda Race 2022 Safety Requirements for Monohulls.
The yacht is seaworthy in hull, rig and gear.
The yacht will be properly manned by a crew which has demonstrated recent competency in offshore racing.
The yacht's measurements comply with the rating certificate provided by me.
I further expressly note RRS 3 "The responsibility for a boat's decision to participate in a race or to continue racing is hers alone.' I accept as a participant in the race, responsibility for the exposure of myself, my crew and my boat to the inherent risk while taking part in the race.
