This form will allow you to report all the ways you have earned credits. Please fill out one form per month.
- Credits will be evaluated at the end of each month and uploaded by the end of the ensuing month.
  - e.g. June activities should be reported by the first week of July, and Selkirk will evaluate and upload credits by the end of July.
- Activities over 2 months old may not be reported and will not be accepted.
  - Credit will not be given for activities prior to May 1, 2022, the start of this program.
***To ensure credit is received for qualifying activities, be sure to answer all questions related to the activity for which you are seeking credit.

Please note: We will approve only one submission per month; any additional submissions within the same month will be rejected, and no credits will be awarded. To facilitate processing, consolidate all activities into a single submission.

If proper documentation is not received, then credit will not be given. Unfortunately, due to the volume of submissions, we are unable to reach out when proper documentation is not provided.

Please Note: This form is a Report of things you have already done. So, if you are selecting the following, then the applicant needs to have already filled out the corresponding Application.

Credits will be assigned when the applicant qualifies for the program and onboards with us.

***In other words, your submission here does not qualify as an application, and no Advocate, Growth Program, or Authorized Retail Partner will be evaluated or contacted because of a submission here.

Advocate Referral

Referrals must be approved as Selkirk Advocates to receive credit.

Please Note: We are generally looking for players and teachers with a rating of 4.5 or above.

*Advocate must have onboarded within the past two months and not before May 1, 2022.

Demo Days (not teaching clinics)

You may submit up to 2 demo days per month.
Please Note: A Demo Day is a scheduled event where people are invited through social media or a flyer to come and try Selkirk paddles and to make sure they get fitted for the right shape and weight. Demo Days can range from 8 to 150 people. So, to help us evaluate and determine credit value, please submit the following information:

Growth Program Onboarding (up to 2 per month)

School's and Community Programs
Selkirk is invested in growing the sport of Pickleball in local school's and community programs through paddle donations and affordable loaner paddle options.

Please Note: So that we can spread our paddle donations to many localities, we are only able to donate once to a school district.

After the initial donation, we can offer paddles at an affordable rate so school districts can outfit their schools as they see fit.

Pickleball Education

We want our Advocates to be the most knowledgeable Advocates in the industry. So, we would encourage each of our Advocates to continue educating themselves on Pickleball in general and Selkirk in specific (up to two courses per month).
