Thank you for you interest in setting up a direct debit.

Before we set this up, have you looked at donating online via direct debit through GiveWise. With GiveWise you can set up a direct debit for the total amount you want to donate to all charities every month, and then have GiveWise send out the payments to the charities. You get your tax receipt online. Its a win win for you, and the charity you are wishing to support.

If you wish to setup a direct debit, not through GiveWise please complete this form. Your tax receipt will be paper based and distributed in February of the following year.

This information will be used to set up the direct debit request. A subsequent email will be sent to your from our payment processor (Rotessa or Plooto) to provide your banking information and authorization. If you do not receive the email in the next couple of days, please first check your SPAM/junk file folder. If it is not there then please contact our office to investigate.
