• Welcome to the Kansas Expungement Assist Tool

    This tool will help you determine whether you may be eligible to have your criminal records expunged, and walk you through the process of filling out the forms you will need for the Kansas court system to process your request.

    4. Fee Waiver - Expunging your criminal record will requiring you to pay a $195 filing fee to the courts. Some people may be eligible to have this fee waived. If you are interested in submiting a request to have this fee waived, you can provide your financial information during this step and receive a filled-out fee waiver form.

    Please Note: This application will help you prepare the forms necessary to request expungement of a single criminal case (though this single case may involve multiple charges). If you are seeking to expunge multiple cases, you will need to go through this tool once for each case.
