In addition to items previously mentioned, the facility that hosts the NJCAA DI Women's Tennis Championship must also meet the following requirements:
- ADA Compliant
- No tobacco use at NJCAA event
- Public Address and Sound System
- Athletic Training Facilities
- Meeting rooms
- Hospitality room for coaches, officials and VIPs
- Appropriate lighting for indoor sports
- Concessions / Merchandise Sales area
- Press Box / Table area
- Ticket office / gate entry
- Minimum of 10 courts (at one facility) with sufficient spectator seating
- Minimum of two (2) warm-up courts separate from playing areas
- Practice courts available prior to the start of play each day
- Benches, scorecards and singles sticks on all courts
- Locker room with showers, toilets, etc., on site
- Racket stringing and pro shop on premises (open for business during tournament)
- Tournament draw sheet posted and maintained on site
- Use of computer for tournament draw and scoring procedures
- Tournament officials area
- Dedicated hardwire internet and access to power for NJCAA Network broadcasting
- Dedicated covered and secured from elements facility for NJCAA Network broadcasting.
- Designated seating area for teams/competitors when not playing
- Designated warm up area for teams
- Designated practice time for each team one day prior to the start of the tournament
