  • Phase I -Awards Brief & Game Plan

Based on the campaign information provided by you, we will carry out a full analysis of your campaigns to establish the award's brief - highlighting the true essence of the campaign, its strength and identifying the success factors. On top of focusing on your work and campaigns we will also research previous winners in your selected categories. We will highlight the reasons why you should or shouldn't enter certain categories, and create a list of assets needed for submission. The Game Plan will ensure that your budget is spent on the categories in which the campaigns have the highest chance of winning. We have direct experience in managing juries at Cannes Lions, Festival of Media and the M&M Global Awards, and will base our recommendations on jury insights.

  • Phase II - Case Film Development

The case film is your most important asset - the two minutes in which you have to grab the jurors' attention, explain your campaign and demonstrate why your campaign is worthy of an award. Together we will develop two minute case films for each of your campaigns that convey your campaign insights and objective, the strategy, execution and results. Script Service: We create the script for you - you produce the case film. Based on the awards brief we develop the script for you - including recommendation on which footage to use Feedback Service: You develop the script and produce the case film, and we'll give you valuable feedback on 2 drafts to ensure your case film will stand out in the judging room. Consulting Service: We work closely with your inhouse team to produce the case film. This can include but is not limited to managing the project, adjusting script where needed, and ensuring the final product will make the campaign shine. During the production we have regular feedback calls with you to ensure you are kept in the loop and happy with the final result.

  • Phase III - Written Entry Creation

Using the developed awards brief and provided materials, the written submission will be created. A powerful and well-written submission makes all the difference in the jury room and should foresee any possible questions that the jury could ask after seeing the case film. It also should be tailored to the chosen category. Feedback Service: You create the written submission, we give you feedback from a jury's point of view. We will agree on core points to include in the written submission based on the awards brief, and your team will draft the copy in-house. We will then give you feedback and ask the kind of questions that we have seen coming up in the jury room, and work with you to get the copy awards-ready. All copywriting will be covered by your team. Repurpose Writing Service: You provide a first draft, and we polish it for you. After you have provided us with a first draft based on the awards brief, we will take the copy and give it an awards polish. This will be done from a strategic point of view and also includes editing of the copy. Master Entry Creation: We create the written submission for you. We will use all information provided and create a first draft for your campaign Master Entry. This will be revised by your team, and amended accordingly on our side. This entry can build the foundation and then be tailored to several categories.
