1. Details completed on the update of personal particulars form are to be completed and accurate.
2. Mobile number, email address and residential address can only be updated via the YouTrip app
3. We will not accept any request to update cardholder particulars details by a third party unless proof of authorization is presented due to the health conditions of the cardholder.
4. It may take 5 to 7 working days for your details to be updated, once we’ve verified that all information and details provided are accurate.
7. Updated details will be reflected in your YouTrip app via More> Personal Particulars
