Stuff they love/hate. Just let us know anything they are scared of or love to do. Chase animals, hate cars, hate loud noises, love/hate cuddles etc. Please provide as much info as possible. The more we know the more we can make this a perfect holiday. . *

Anything else at all we should know. Treats they love, best name to call them back. Anything you can think of that will help us make them happy. Any issues they have of any kind. No detail is too small. Think about what they love and so forth, you’re paying for a customised solution and we really pride ourselves in making their stay as loved and happy as it can possibly be so please don’t hold back. I consent and authorise Hounds on Holidays representative to take any action that they consider suitable in order to protect and keep my pet in good health. I confirm that I will be responsible for any costs which might be incurred, either veterinary or other, as a result of any sickness, accident or damage caused to or by the above named pet(s) excepting third party liability, and that I will pay any such costs or expenses on demand.

I understand Hounds on Holidays will contact the vet I have listed above but if they are not available Hounds on Holidays will endevour to find a Hereford vet who is available to care for your dog. I also understand that no liability will attach to the pet sitter.

I confirm consent to groom my dog(s) if required, this may include light brushing, cleaning of eyes etc)

I consent that it is ok if I have more than 1 dog that they can be kept together or seperated if required.

I consent to agree that my dog(s) may play outside with other dog(s) after socialisation.

In the even that your dog (s) becomes infectious or injured, you agree that you or your emergency contact can collect.,

I consent to accept that in the event of an accident, injury or illness the company shall be held harmless in the event of loss or death of a pet. (Sorry we know this sounds horrible but it's a legal requirement for us to add)

I consent that I have fully understood the rates, duration and pick up and collection times specified on the Houndsonholidays.co.uk website.

I consent that in the event a dog does not come back after being recalled and becomes missing or lost the company shall be held harmless.

I consent to allow my dogs to paddle or swim in water, either in a paddling pool in the garden or the river if I agree to this under supervision.

I consent to allow my dog (S) to be fed in the same room as each other and potentially with other dogs . (Note dogs are always seperated anyway at food time due to cross over of food types but we have to add this legally to this form!!

I consent to that my dog (s) will all be fitted with an Apple Air Tag on arrival to their collars to ensure in the event they become lost or missing that we can track them down instantly.

I consent that due to Government guidance ( September 2023 ) we cannot board dogs imported from Eastern Europe unless they have tested negative for Brucella Canis before coming to the UK and a certifiate is provided.
