Thank you for your interest in the VIP Program with Four Mamas Matilda Jane Consignment Sale. We wish we could take every single person's MJ for this program; but unfortunately space is limited. If we have availability for the program, we will contact you using the information on this form. Filling this form out DOES NOT guarantee you a spot for the upcoming Consignment Sale.

We will notify you by July 1 if space opens up for VIP. In the case that we can't take your items as a VIP customer, you will still have plenty of time to enter and tag your own items as a regular consignor. Please check out our website for tips and tricks to tagging: www.fourmamasmjsale.com

**Please note: you must have at least 50 items to consign to be included in the VIP Program.

As of February 1, 2024, we are now taking ALL boutique brands. This includes, but not limited to: Sweethoney, Cheeky Plum, Bailey Boys, Wildflowers, Eleanor Rose, Smocked Clothes, Shrimp and Grits. In addition, we are accepting Lululemon and a few women's boutique brands (Made for More, Anthro, Free People, Entro, Easel).
