  • Since its founding in 2013, Saving Ourselves Symposium (SOS) has become a highly anticipated annual conference that educates and empowers the Black LGBTQIA+ community in the South. The annual Conference, SOS 2022, will continue that legacy with a theme that speaks to the urgency of our times and the necessity of action. The theme for this year’s convening will be: The Black Print: Strategies. Opportunities. Solutions. Sessions during SOS provide cutting-edge research, sharing promising health practices and strategies and celebrates the culture and creativity of the Black LGBTQIA+ community. This convening not only prioritizes those who provide services but also those who are a part of the Black LGBTQIA+ community. It is a unique and intentional space for the community to share with, learn from, and celebrate one another.

    Corporate/For-Profit Exhibitor: $1,000.00


    Federal, State, Local Government Agency Exhibitor: $500.00


    Small Business/Entrepreneur Exhibitor: $250.00
    - independently owned and operated enterprises selling goods or services

    Non-profit 501(c)3 Exhibitor: $150.00 
    - requires proof of non-profit status

    Two (2) conference registrations at discounted exhibitor rate ($150.00 each) and name badges for exhibitor staff.

  • Exhibitor Terms and Conditions:

  • 1. The booking fee will be due at the time of submission.
    **Late Exhibit Reservation after July 1, 2022
    (through August 1, 2022) will incur an additional $100 late fee on top of stated rates.

    2. The organizer remains the right to reject any reservation and to refund the booking fee in full without naming any reasons.

    3. As exhibitors we agree to pay the total cost shown above. We hereby declare that we have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the participation details outlined above and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Saving Ourselves Symposium and any agreements which may be imposed by the relevant authorities or the venue as a condition of allotment of space. We hereby sign and agree to be bound by them. 

    4. Cancellation: Written cancellations postmarked or dated and sent to accounting@southernaidscoalition.org by June 30, 2022 will be honored with a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after June 30, 2022.
