The Petaluma Downtown Association is pleased to produce the 19th Annual Art & Garden Festival.
The Festival will be held Sunday, July 10th, 2022 from 11am - 5pm.
Congratulations on choosing to seize this marketing opportunity! Joining the community of city-wide beverage producers at the Festival will expose your business to 12-15,000 visitors.
The Art & Garden Festival will take place on Kentucky Street, Fourth Street, B Street, and A Street parking lot.
All proceeds benefit the Petaluma Downtown Association, a non profit organization.

RULES & REGULATIONS
Entry Fees / Promotion — There is no fee to participate! You will be classed as a sponsor of the event and given additional promotion.
Timeline — Event packets will be sent out by early July 2022. Included will be set-up instructions, a detailed map, and further information.
Booth Spaces — You can bring your own branded pop-up (limited numbers) or we can provide you with a 6ft table and a market umbrella to serve from.
- Distilleries / Wineries - A table, tablecloth, umbrella, water pitcher, and bucket will be provided. - Breweries (Beer / Cider / Kombucha) - Product will be served from PDA beverage booths unless prearranged.
Beverage Tasting —The Petaluma Downtown Association will be selling beverage tasting packages & tickets for all alcoholic beverages at this event. The customer then uses tickets to receive samples at your table or beverage booth.
You may only serve to customers who have a wristband and tickets.
Remember - this is a fundraiser so selling tickets is of paramount importance to our continuing success. No product sales please!
Inventory — We do not charge you a fee to participate - your donation is all we ask. The amount is your choice. A minimum of 4 cases of wine is recommended.
Setup — 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM. All vehicles must be cleared from the event area by 10:30 AM. No vehicles are allowed to enter the festival area between 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Vendors must remain within the boundaries of their assigned space - no items or boxes may be placed on sidewalks or against buildings.
Breakdown — All distribution of samples must stop by 4:45 pm to adhere to the Festival's ABC permit specifications. Spaces may not be broken down until 5:00 PM. Vehicles may not enter the festival area until 5:30 PM or until the festival crowd has dispersed. Vehicles may not enter the festival area without a “loading pass” [provided by event staff once you are packed up]. No exceptions. Please do not drive the wrong way on one-way streets. Please clean up your entire area prior to leaving and place all trash in receptacles that are provided. No unwanted items may be left. Please cooperate with the event staff who are directing traffic.
Parking — Free parking is available on nearby streets and parking garages. No exhibitor specific parking is available.
Electricity — available only on Kentucky & Fourth Streets.
Ice — Ice will be provided as needed, but please bring your own to start.
Water — Water availably is limited.
License Fees — City, County, or State license fees are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Insurance — No insurance of any kind is provided to festival participants. All festival participants are strongly encouraged to carry insurance.
Indemnification — The Petaluma Downtown Association, its directors, employees, volunteers, the Petaluma Downtown Art & Garden Committee and Promoter, the City of Petaluma, and the County of Sonoma assume no risk; and by the participation in this event and by signing this application, the participant expressly releases them from any and all liability for any theft, injury or damage to merchandise, or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the occupation of space by the participant.
Smoking — Smoking is prohibited in exhibitor spaces, within the event, and within 20’ of any business entrance.
