• Notice of Remonstrance and Demand for Redress and Protection

    Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent

    I,one of the People of the 50 States of the Republic, and of the Posterity of those who created the United States Constitution (your trust indenture), am giving you this notice that you may provide constitutional protection against invasion from unlawful international agencies and provide due care;

    Please take notice that, as one of the People, I write to you, giving notice that the People of the American States created the United States Constitution and granted all Powers that you swore to uphold and now must exercise (please see Constitutional Evidence below):

    United States Constitution Preamble:
    We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

    Please take further notice that the Federal Congress was given various powers in Article 1 Section 8 of the United States Constitution that must be addressed by this notice:

    United States Constitution Article 1 Section 8:
    1.8.1- The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; . . .
    1.8.3- To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
    1.8.10- To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations; . . .
    1.8.15- To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions; . . .--And
    1.8.18- To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

    Please notice that nowhere, in Article 1 of the Constitution, is there an allowance for any agency, acting as a representative of the United States, to circumvent the Legislature’s authority to determine what will or will not be defined as: commerce with other nations, international crimes, invasions of our country, or law-making that directly affects the People of the United States.

    United States Constitution Article 2 Section 2
    2.2.1- The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States . . .
    2.2.2- He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, . .

    Please notice that, while the President of the United States may make treaties with nations, they must be authorized, approved and legislated by the Senate prior to taking effect. Any presidentially created agency, or agents within the agency, working without the authorization of the Congress, will be found to be committing maladministration and malfeasance against the People of the United States;

    Maxim of Law: A repugnant act cannot be brought into being, i.e., cannot be made effectual.

    United States Constitution Amendment I
    Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

    United States Constitution Amendment IV
    The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

    Please notice that Amendments I and IV make no allowance for unlegislated agencies, or agents within those agencies, to make agreements with other agencies within or without the United States that would limit the freedoms and rights of the People of the United States;

    Maxim of Law: There are two instruments for confirming or impugning all things, -reason and authority.

    United States Constitution Article 4 Section 4
    The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic violence.

    Please notice that the trust indenture, the United States Constitution, only allows for a Republican form of government, not interference from private organizations outside of this trust indenture. The Constitution clearly indicates that this Republican form of government is to be protected from invasion and from violence in any form;

    Please note that the Department of Health and Human Services, acting without authority of law, on January 18, 2022, submitted, to the World Health Organization, (WHO), a number of proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR). These submitted amendments would unlawfully allow a private, international organization to supersede the authority and protection of the United States Constitution.

    Maxim of Law: A contract without consideration, or upon a false consideration, (which fails,) or upon unlawful consideration, cannot have any effect.

    Please notice that, as members of Congress, Officers and Agents, you may not allow the submission and/or adoption of these amendments to proceed. You must use the power and authority granted to you under your trust indenture, which you swore to uphold, to immediately withdraw these proposed amendments and discipline all agents within the departments who are attempting to circumvent the Constitution and thereby harm the People of the United States.

    Maxim of Law: Corruption is always the forerunner of despotism.

    Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966) Pg. 491
    Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rulemaking or legislation which would abrogate them.

    Please notice in the event that, in violation of your explicit trust indenture, you believe that you are without Constitutional Authority, or refuse to exercise that Constitutional authority which you have, to protect me as one of the People from the grave harm and consequences of the adoption of these amendments, it is my demand that you immediately publish an official statement announcing that, despite your trust indenture, you believe you lack any power or authority over the wellbeing and care of those you were elected to protect.

    Please take further notice that failing to take action in this matter shall be considered as a Trespass against the People, with your full knowledge and malicious intent. Please notice that you have 5 days to respond before further measures may be taken to bring you into compliance with the Constitution. This may include your vacating the office you presently hold. You hereby given peaceful notice, in the expectation that you will act to protect the full intent of the Constitution, your sworn Oath, and those who placed you in office as trust indentured servants of the People.
