The People’s Notice to All Public Servants Attempting to Grant Authority to The World Health Organization

Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent

 

I, one of the People of the 50 American States (Republican in form), Sui Juris, do present the following facts, that you and your agents may provide due care:

 

Please take notice that all power granted to public servants in any State, republican in form, are expressly written as Trust Indentures. Therefore, any action, taken by the same servants are to be grounded in the Constitutions, the written will, of the People;

 
Please take notice that any acts done, without express written authority from the People, are null and void and are a potential Trespass of the greatest degree against the People whom you serve (see evidence below):

 
Maxim: If a man grants that which is not his, the grant is void. Shep. Touch. 243; Watk. Conv. 191

 
Please take notice that the fundamental maxims of law are universally accepted as true in all civilized nations. It is common knowledge, common law, and common sense, that you cannot take power from the People who have the right to alter, abolish and reform government at will. It is common knowledge, common law, and common sense, that you cannot give foreign powers or nations, power belonging to the People. Doing so would be an act of Treason against the People. If you believe you were granted this authority to give away the power of the People and to trample their rights, please respond publicly with the Constitutional Provision allowing for you to take that power, which power is not yours to give away. If you are not willing to provide Constitutional Authority within (5) five days, publicly, sworn under penalty of perjury, you agree that you are granting authority to a foreign body called the “World Health Organization,” with malice, full intent, and with full knowledge of the wrong that is being done. You further agree that these notices shall stand as evidence of the same in any court of the People. You agree that this matter shall be established as true and fact, based on your failure to rebut the above points within the time allotted and that no court will rehear this matter. This notice is written to you in love and peace by one of the People.
