I certify that I have NOT had a sunburn in at least 4 weeks. I understand if I have a sunburn at my appointment, my skin will peel and make the sunless tan unsightly, as early as the following day. I release any fault of my spray tan artist. I understand I may be turned away at my appointment, as the risk is very high.
