  • PROPERTY CONDITION AT CHECK-IN: 

    I, the client as named above, state as follows: 

    On arrival, the property was shown to me, room by room, by the Villa Manager and / or the House Account Manager. I have had the opportunity of checking and noting existing damages. 

    Other than the items mentioned below, the property was in good order (please include brief notes and photographic evidence of existing damages) 

    I agree that any damage not reported within the first 24h of the stay will be assumed to have been caused by myself or members of my party and I will be liable to pay the necessary costs to remedy it.

  • PROPERTY FEATURES: 

    All the below property features were shown / demonstrated or advised to me at check-in.

    ● Music system operation (if non-standard operation)

    ● Air conditioning operation (if present) 

    ● Housekeeping schedule

    ● Pool cleaning schedule

    ● The removal of rubbish is the responsibility of the client. A charge of €25 per rubbish bag removed by the cleaners will be deducted from the damage deposit.

    ● Please close umbrellas when not under supervision to avoid breakage.

  • FINAL DECLARATION: 

    I agree that I will not use / hire / rent or borrow any professional music equipment that is not already in the house.

    I agree that parties / events or gatherings or more than 20 people greater than the advertised sleeping occupancy is also prohibited without the expressed permission of the owners.

    If the police arrive at the villa the security deposit will be withheld until further notice. This can take up to 1 year for a sanction to be presented.

    It is especially prohibited:

    To carry out any activity that exceeds ambient noise levels above 65dB between 09:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. any type of music is prohibited.

    Any of the above actions can result in the cancellation of the contract and eviction from the property, with the loss of the total cost of the booking and the security deposit with no possibility of reimbursement.

    Departure Guidelines

    Check-Out Time
    Check-out no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. Keys should be handed to our staff at 10:00 am unless otherwise specified.Adhering to this check-out time is crucial for the efficient functioning of our system. Late check-out, if not previously agreed upon in writing, will be charged from the damage deposit at a rate of 10% of the total rental amount per hour of overstay.

    Impact on Following Guests:
    Failure to check out on time, leading to the house not being ready for the next guests, will result in a deduction from your damage deposit to compensate the next guests. If damages caused by the client impact the quality of stay for the following guests or make the stay impossible, the client will be held responsible for additional costs incurred to provide compensation or to find a replacement villa
