$20 donation per dog (No refunds)
Each dog may only enter one event/contest
Dogs must be spayed or neutered (Exceptions for puppies and seniors may be made due to age or health reasons)
Dog show is rain or shine
All dogs must be up to date on vaccines by November 17, 2024.
Dogs will be in close proximity to each other and must be kept on a leash and be dog friendly.
Owner must sign liability waiver & agree to photo release

My dog will be spayed or neutered ( 3 months and older or 18 months if large/giant breed dogs) by November 17, 2024. and will be current on their vaccinations

Terms & Conditions:

All dogs must be on leash at all times.
Owners are responsible for the action of their dogs and accept all risks associated with the event. Owners shall hold Transitions Pet Care and Wild Heaven Beer harmless for any incidents that may occur during the event on November 17, 2024.
Dog owners have responsibility for watching their dog's behavior. If a dog displays aggressive behavior or fights, the owner shall be responsible for immediately controlling or removing the dog from the event.
All dogs must be properly licensed, healthy, have current vaccinations, and be spayed or neutered if vet recommended.
No puppies under 12 weeks are allowed.
Owners must clean up after their dogs.

Owner agrees that Transitions Pet Care may take photos during the event to use for future promotions.

Cancellation/ Refund policy: Unless the event is cancelled, no refunds will be given.

Owner agrees to hold harmless Transitions Pet Care Inc and Wild Heaven Beer.
