Lighted Christmas Parade

Parade Entry Form
The 2025 Lighted Christmas Parade will take place on Saturday, December 13. The Parade will begin at 5:30pm on Historic River Street, with staging beginning at 4:00pm. The parade winds its way downtown for the entire community to enjoy and features community floats, cars, trolleys, walking groups and more! Acceptance is at the discretion of Savannah's Waterfront. Entries are judged and trophies are awarded for Best Float Entry, Best Vehicle Entry, Best Walking Group and Best Musical Group.

Please complete this application by Friday, November 21, 2025. Entry forms received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis. You will receive a confirmation of your entry form upon submission from noreply@jotform.com. Savannah's Waterfront will also email a notification from hello@savannahswaterfront.com. Vehicle Entries - proof of auto liability insurance is required. Please attach a photo or pdf of your policy's declaration page or your insurance card.

Rules and Regulations
1. Every vehicle in our unit will be decorated with lights in a Christmas theme. This includes all vehicles and all individual walkers.
2. Vehicles or walkers not decorated in lights may be excluded from the lineup.
3. All entry fees must be paid prior to the day of the event to be included in the lineup.
4. All vehicle entries must provide proof of insurance.
5. Staging begins at 4:00pm. The entire unit needs to arrive together at their assigned arrival time listed in the confirmation.
6. All entries, whether driving or walking, are asked to keep up with the entry in front of them so that there are no gaps between entries.
7. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the staging area or during the parade. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave and will not be invited to participate in the future.
8. Any unit that displays unprofessional or unruly behavior will not be invited to participate in the future.
9. It is understood that any entry that does not comply with the rules of the parade will be asked to leave the lineup.
10. Savannah's Waterfront reserves the right to deny applications. All decisions are final.
11. Please note that photographs and video footage are taken at all Savannah’s Waterfront events. These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes on our website, social media and in various publications. By participating in our events, you grant Savannah’s Waterfront unrestricted permission to use your likeness.
