PRE RPL ICT5 Advanced and ICDL PROFESSIONAL MFQ4 ONLINE Assessment Platform

Important considerations before you being ....

It is important that once you pass this payment (€25) step, the system will prompt you to start your PRE ICDL PRFOFESSIONAL MQF4 Online Assessment.

This PRE ICDL PROFESSIONAL online assessment will be made either from TCTC Malta offices under the guidance of TCTC Staff, or else individually from home. Which ever way, the ultimate scope of this online assessment is to the determine whether the student is prepared to start with online or offline ICDL PROFESSIONAL MQF4 (ECDL ADVANCED) training and testing straight away. This assessment is also being used to pre assess students willing to start an RPL for ICT Advanced MQF5 with 10 ECTS

The recommended passmark is 70%.

It is recomended that those who will not pass (*), they should consider some revision before they commence with their ICDL PROFESSIONAL or RPL ICT5 Advanced course. There are two (2) possible revision paths with TCTC Malta.

1. Attend for some basic ICDL beginners sesssions on a one to one tuition basis, (Contact TCTC), or;

2. Follow our PRE-ICDL online course which is self led and can be followed from the comfort of your home. More information on this course can be found and purchased directly from our online platform. This is very fundamental as this gives and overview and revison to those that does not regularly use the main applications forming the ICDL Professional i.e. Business Spreadsheets, Wordprocessing, Presentations ad Databases. The cost is €50.00 covering all the 4 modules.

Once you proceed with this step, you must continue with Step 2 (the online ICDL assessment). Once you proceed with this Step, you cannot attempt the assessment at a later stage.

Fees are not refundable neither transferable.

You have a maximum of 30-45 minutes to complete this pre ICDL online assessment.

On completion, the student will receive a correction report and your final mark %, and on this outcome, the student may consult TCTC on how he should proceed i.e. (1) start attending for the ICDL course or (2) attends for some pre-ICDL revision as explained in (*) above.
