    Event Clearance Forms must be submitted to OSILD at least 2 weeks prior to your event or your space will be cancelled.

  • All tabling locations include 1 table and 2 chairs. If you need additional chairs, power, or additional event resources, please list them below.

  • Additional Event Requirements

  • If you are purchasing food from Chartwells, please make sure to complete a Food Service Request at least seven business days before your event.

    If you are purchasing food off campus, email Christine at cpulsifer@worcester.edu to request a Third Party Release Form.

    • Additional event equipment to be determined by CESO staff

    You event is not approved until you receive confirmation from your Program Coordinator. If your Program Coordinator needs more information about this event, they will reach out to schedule a meeting.
