Luxe and Layered specializes in curated, customized layers of deliciousness. Although we bake it all there are somethings that will only be created at our convenience and comfort! Non-refundable Deposit
Please be advised that a 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required to confirm your order, this fee will include taxes, and delivery fee if applicable.
Confirmation of Order
Once your order is confirmed and the invoice is sent to you, please be prepared to pay your 50% non refundable reservation fee within 24 hours. You will receive communication for pickup 48 hours to a week prior to pick up. Please provide us with the most reliable contact information. Refer to the Non-refundable deposit section for additional questions or send an email to Luxeandlayeredbakery@gmail.com. **Please note I do not send pictures of the cake prior to pick up**

Not Liable for Damages
****Luxe and Layered Bakery will not be responsible for any damages to the custom dessert once it is picked up/delivered. You are responsible for having the correct vehicle for transporting the cake if you do choose to pick up.****
Butter Melts!
Please keep in mind that butter melts. Cakes are to be kept cool, until about 30 minutes before consuming. Delivery Fee will automatically be included for all tall cakes, to ensure a safe delivery!
