LATE FEES apply:
FOR APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER MONDAY 17th AUGUST, A LATE FEE OF $15 will be applied.
All stall holders and vendors are prohibitted from:
- Bringing dogs
- Selling pellet guns or ball bearing guns
- Selling replica guns (bullet type)
- Selling pop downs (throw downs)
- Selling cap guns (only the caps are banned)
- Selling fireworks or crackers
- Selling Laser Pointers and laser lights
- Selling any type of knife
- Selling cigarette lighters or fire lighters
- Selling expict or hardcore t-shirts, playing cards or DVDS
- Selling fake cigarettes
- Selling iridescent hair spray
- Selling metal and wooden nunchucks
- Selling pressure paks of snow, fart gas or silly string
- Selling drug related goods, eg bongs
- Selling stink bombs
- Selling watet pistols longer then 150mm
- Selling water bombs
- Selling bows and arrows (unless smallm and with suction cup on arrow)
COVID RESTRICTIONS
The Corrigin Agricultural Society (Inc) would like to advise all Stall Holders that we are awaiting further instruction from the Royal Agricultural Society (RAS). You will be duly informed.
PLACEMENT ON OVAL
While every effort will be made to accomodate your site requests, this is not always possible due to changing exhibits and entertainment each year.
Our event requires Shire Approval and this approval is based on both a submitted application and site plan, and as a result, the space you have been allocated is not changeable after the Shire Approval. The Trades & Event Coordinator and Grounds’ Stewards’ decision is final.
Please remember that this event is run by a dedicated Not-For-Profit Committee of VOLUNTEERS, and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
REFUNDS
Deposits will be refunded if cancellations are received TWO WEEKS before show date, 30th August 2025. No refunds for failure to appear.
ENTRY
On show day, you will receive TWO Admission passes (wrist bands) into the show. You may be required to pay admission for any additional employees or guests that exceed these TWO Admission passes. Additional admission passes can be purchased on the gate prior to entry or add them to your cart when you book your stall.
