The Premiere Senior & Disability Resource Event of the Year!

● Absolutely NO tables are to be taken down before 2 pm!!!
● All payments, logos, banners and brochures for the event bags MUST be
received by September 26, 2025. No refunds will be given for late
receipt of logos and/or brochures.
● All vendors with a table must bring a Fun Fair game and small prizes to
have at the table. Please make sure to consider safety when deciding on
your game!!
● All vendors are ask to bring a Company Swag Bag or GIFT to be
used for the event RAFFLE your company will be recognized when
the bag or gift is given out.
● Breakfast for the vendors will be served from 8:30-9:45 am. Please make
sure you are set up by 9 am. Come early and bring plenty of business
cards to meet and greet the other vendors in the room.
● An group vendor picture will be taken prior to doors opening to the public
and one at the end of the event to be sent to each participant
● The table/sponsorship cost covers continental breakfast and lunch for 2
representatives.
● Fun Fair (casual) attire required. Absolutely NO suits, ties, or work clothes
allowed!!
