Cornhole Tournament!

Registration forms must be recieved by June 1, 2022 to avoid a $10 late fee.

Date: June 4, 2022

Time: 1030 am Check-in for teams. 1100 am bags start flying!

 

Location: Old Resort - Prineville Reservoir

19600 Juniper Canyon Rd, Prineville, OR 97754

 

Tournament: Double elimination format!

Team Fees: $50 per team.

Payout: All entry fees will be paid out as follows:

50% - donated to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation.

30% - 1st place + custom cornhole board set   20% - 2nd place

ONLINE REGISTRATION: Closes on June 3, 2022

    - Early registration until June 1 - $50.00

    - Registration between June 1 - June 4 - $60.00

CASH/CHECK REGISTRATION: Must be completed by May 27, 2022

    - Checks must be written to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation (WFF)

    - Registration must be printed (via pdf download) and completed

    - Both payment and registration must be mailed to.

     - Registration/Fee received before May 27th - $50.00

     - Registration/Fee received after May 27th - $60.00

DAY OF REGISTRATION: Must be completed on June 4, 2022

     - Day of registration is opens at 1030 am - $60.00.

I have completed my application and submitted my NON-REFUNDABLE ENTRY FEE for the tournament. I hereby waive and release the tournament officials sponsoring this tournament and the Old Resort - Prineville Reservoir from all claims for injury and/or damage(s) in connection with this event.
