SCHOOL FIELD TRIP RESERVATION FORM - WELCOME to the 2023 Marana Pumpkin Patch Spring Field Trips!!! Get ready for an educational fun-filled farm experience! We are located at 14950 N Trico Rd
Marana, AZ 85653 • Spring Field trip dates are April 10 - May 4th (Mondays – Thursdays)• Field Trip  times are scheduled: 9:00 / 9:15 / 9:30 / 9:45 / 10:00 / 10:15 / 10:30 • Field Trips last approximately 2 ½ hours (includes checking in and out)• Our field trips experience is structured and guided. • We book a specific number of guests per hour and we staff accordingly• Our field trip guides are trained to maximize the fun for both students and teachers. Marana Pumpkin Patch field trips include: 3 educational stations where we will teach about WHEAT, TRACTORS, ANIMALS and 3 fun stations where students will take a train ride, jump on the jumping pillows, and play at playland. • The cost of admissions is $10 per student. One teacher per class is free. Any extra staff or parent chaperones will be charged an admission of $10 (parent chaperones may not bring siblings or other children). Single payment for the entire group is preferred as it speeds up the entry process. Marana Pumpkin Patch Field Trip Booking Form: Fill in all of the required information and then just click the “submit” button at the bottom when you’re done. We will then book your field trip and email you a confirmation. • If you have additional questions, please email fieldtrips@maranapumpkinpatch.com • We book field trips between the hours of 8:00am – 3:00pm, Monday - Friday.

* In case of inclement weather Marana Pumpkin Patch reserves the right to determine cancellation. In this event we will attempt to reschedule your field trip or provide a FULL refund.

Please Note: We ask that you arrive at 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will allow the necessary time to unload from bus an prepare for check-in and for the group line up process. This will ensure your field trip is on time and that you do not miss out on any of your scheduled activities.

What"s Next? When we receive this completed field trip request form we will contact the person you have listed above as your group"s "primary contact". We will need to collect any missing information and will finalize and confirm all of your field trip details you have provided on your reservation form at that time. We will also be looking to confirm a field trip date & time as final for your group.  Please note: The field trip date & time you have requested above is pending until we speak with your "primary contact" and e-mail your Primary Contact our Marana Pumpkin Patch field trip confirmation notice. Along with your confirmation notice we will also include a form reflecting your estimated field trip cost. Please present this "Field Trip estimated cost form" to your school book keeper when requesting your Purchase Order.
