    Thanks for your interest in hosting a booth at the 2022 Slow Food in the Tetons Summer People's Market.

    The mission of Slow Food in the Tetons is to grow our local, regional and sustainable food economy by supporting producers, educating consumers, and connecting them together in the spirit of good, clean and fair food. The purpose of the People's Market is to provide a venue for local growers and producers to sell their food; to be an incubator for locally-made, sustainable crafts; and to provide a gathering space for the community to celebrate local food.

    In addition, each market includes two booth spaces for local nonprofits offered at no cost. Please complete this application to apply for a spot.

    TIMELINE:

    • Priority will be given to applications received by Friday, May 27th.
    • Additional applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
       

    MARKET DETAILS:   

    • Dates: Every Wednesday, June 1st through September 21st, no market July 13
    • Market time: 4:00 - 7:00pm
    • Set-up time: 1:00 - 3:30pm (No late setups or early breakdowns.)
    • Location: Center for the Arts Lawn,  265 S Cache St, Jackson, WY 83001

    NONPROFIT BOOTH EQUIPMENT AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Please bring: Tent (10X10); Tent weights (4 x min. 20 lbs each); Table/chairs/display materials
    • Non-profits are not permitted to sell items/merchandise. Give away items only.
    • No microphones, noisemaking devices or calling out to attract attendees. Booth noise, activities, etc. should not impact the ability of neighboring vendors to converse with customers. Thank you!

  • Hold Harmless Agreement - Exhibitors Contract

    All Exhibitors Must Read and Agree with the Conditions Below.


    Exhibitors agree to protect, save and hold Slow Food in the Tetons and all agents and employees thereof (hereafter collectively call indemnities) forever harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations for any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by the negligence of the exhibitor shall, at all time, protect, indemnify, save and hold harmless the indemnities against and from any and all losses, costs, damages, liability or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the exhibitor, its agents, employees or business invitees, which arise from or out of by reason of said exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises or any part thereof.

    Liability
    Exhibitor shall be fully responsible for any and all damages to property owned by Slow Food in the Tetons and its agents, which result from an act or omission of exhibitors. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Slow Food in the Tetons, its agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any damages or charges resulting from exhibitor’s use of the property. Exhibitor's’ liability shall include all losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out or out of by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees and businesses invitees which arises from or out of the exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises or any part thereof.
