The Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, and the United States Marine Corps provide regulations for the use of classroom computers and other related information system technologies. In line with these official rules, the following Marine Corps JROTC regulations are also provided for the use of computers at the Marine Corps JROTC unit site. The Senior Marine Instructors at each school site will be responsible to assure that all instructors and cadets understand and abide by the rules and regulations governing the use of United States Government computers. The rules and regulations are as follows:
All personnel are forbidden to access any pornographic materials on MCJROTC computers.
No personnel will send or receive personal e
mail by way of MCJROTC computers.
No personnel will use the MCJROTC computers for real time communications such as chat
rooms or instant messages.
Marine Corps JROTC computers will not be
used for shopping or conducting any other such
Chain letters of any kind are expressly forbidden.
All Marine Corps JROTC personnel and cadets will sign this MCJROTC Regulation and User
Agreement Form prior to using the computer for any academic or JROTC related endeavors.
The Senior Marine Instructor will maintain current cadet signed Regulations and User Agreement Forms.
I hereby certify that I understand and will comply with the above listed regulations pertaining to the use of the Daniel Boone High School Marine Corps JROTC computers. I also understand that failure to comply with these regulations may result in administrative action.
