2023 Stake Young Women Camp Registration

Dear Camp Volunteer,

Thank you for your willingness to serve the young women at camp this summer! We are grateful for you and look forward to laboring side-by-side together!

This form is intended for adults who have been called, assigned, or approved to serve as an adult leader or volunteer for the Nashua Stake 2023 Young Women Camp.

In addition to registering below, all adult leaders and volunteers must complete the Church’s “Protecting Children and Youth” training program prior to June 15, 2023. This online program takes about 30 minutes and, once completed, will be recorded on your Church membership record.

There are three steps to the registration process:

1. Provide information about yourself
2. Provide information about your emergency contact
3. Complete the acknowledgements and agreements

As you complete each step you will be automatically taken to the next step.

If you have any questions about this year’s camp, please contact your Ward Camp Director or the Stake Camp Director, Ruth Margetts (ruth_margetts@yahoo.com).

I am voluntarily participating in the 2023 Nashua Stake Young Women Camp and authorize the adult leaders supervising this event to administer emergency treatment to me for any accident or illness and to act in my stead in approving necessary medical care. This authorization shall cover this event and travel to and from this event.

I grant the Nashua NH Stake the right and permission to use and publish images, photographs, video, and audio recordings made of me at all stake youth activities, and I hereby release the stake, the activity coordinators, and all related parties from any and all liability from such use and publication. I further authorize the reproduction, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage, Internet streaming, and/or distribution of such images, photographs, video, and audio recordings without limitation at the discretion of the stake.
