- We can accept no liability for the description given by you of your lodge, which will not have been physically viewed by any of our staff.
- The seller is responsible for informing us if any of the information given should it change at any time.
- The photographs supplied are owned by the seller and were not taken by an Estate Agent or are from any other source. If they were taken by an estate agent or are from any other source you would need to obtain written permission from them and email to us.

If you currently have your lodge with an estate agency, before advertising with us, you should check the terms of the agreement you have with them. Unless you formally end the estate agent’s agreement, or run both sets of advertising, you may still be charged your estate agent’s commission even though they may not have introduced your buyer.
