I confirm that I have three days following my appointment to contact my esthetician in regard to any concerns after to my appointment.I confirm that I will follow the aftercare given to me by my esthetician.I am allowing the studio to apply necessary products as part of the service.I consent the studio to take photographs/videos of the provided service.I consent the studio in terms of sharing the photograph/video to social media for marketing campaigns or testimonials.I confirm that children are not allowed in the salon area for safety reasons.I agree to pay the 30% deposit fee and I understand that this fee becomes non-refundable 24 hours before my appointment.I confirm that I will respond to the confirmation message sent 24 hours before my appointment, and I understand that if I do not respond to this message, my appointment will be cancelled.I confirm that I will be on time for my appointment and I understand that if I am 15 minutes late, my appointment will be cancelled.I understand that if I do not show up to my appointment without informing my esthetician, I will be banned from booking future appointments.I agree that I will cancel my appointment 24 hours in advance or my deposit becomes non-refundable.I understand that taking care of my lashes/brows/teeth/skin is my responsibility. I will not hold Esthetics by Grace accountable for what happens after the three day grace period.I understand that Esthetics by Grace does not offer refunds and that it is my responsibility to communicate any concerns regarding my service within the three day grace period.I have read this whole document and I accept the terms indicated above.
