  • INTRODUCTION:

    Thank you so much for choosing Little Jem's Photography to create your very precious images - Welcome to the Little Jem's Family!

    Before we can get you fully booked in, our Terms & Conditions/Photography Services Contract (T&C's) must be read and digitally signed to confirm you have read and agreed to all written. This can be found below. If you have any trouble viewing it, please do let me know. PLEASE NOTE: Some parts may not be relevant within the T&C's due to these being pop up mini shoots, but will still need to be read for all the relevant parts :)

    PLEASE NOTE - These free mini shoots are booked/offered on the basis of a higher quantity of bookings, hence why they are offered at no initial cost. Therefore, should there be an excessive amount of cancellations or change of minds, these sessions are not guaranteed to take place (this is a VERY rare situation). Should you wish for a guaranteed session, please book in for a studio session separately. If this was to happen, please be rest assured that the sensory session itself would still take place!

  • 9: I understand that the session itself is a "mini" session, has no initial charge, and is for my little one/siblings with mum only on this occasion. If images wish to be purchased once viewing images via an online gallery, these will be via a digital download only, and priced at £25 for the first digital download image, then reduced to £15 thereafter for any additional digital image :*
  • 10: * IMPORTANT* - Please only book a slot if you are GENUINELY interested in the session AND photos, and FULLY COMFORTABLE with the pricing above (which is very good value for the effort that's put into the final results)! Due to the high demand/limited slots available for these mini shoots, lots of people miss out on a slot. Please keep it as fair as possible for those who don't get a session space :)*
  • 11: I understand that the mini session is limited to a time of 5-10 minutes due to the high number of people to be photographed, and that should you be late to the session time discussed, the session may need to be cancelled in order to keep things running smoothly for others booked in (sessions are ran every 10 minutes and limited to one per person):*
  • 12: I understand that taking direct "up close" pictures of my child from my own device during my session is not allowed. However, behind the scenes photos are more than welcome so long as the photographer/surroundings/equipment can be seen within all these photos (no zoomed in images directly of your child please). I ask that if posting these online, to please tag Little Jem's Photography alongside any of these uploaded piccies for safety/privacy purposes (and because they are lovely to see too!) 🫶🏼 :*
  • 13: PLEASE NOTE - These super mini sessions will have a longer turn around for viewing images compared to my usual in studio sessions (approx 2-6 weeks ish from the shoot date). This is due to the high quantity/demand AND due to having my usual in studio session gallery commitments which understandably take priority. Galleries will be sent to you for viewing as soon as possible, and not always guaranteed for before any seasonal event/occasion date if applicable - I will do my very best of course! :)*
  • 14: I understand that any form of saving, screenshotting or copying of any gallery image once ready for viewing is STRICTLY forbidden, against copyright laws and taken very seriously:*
  • 15: CLOTHING ADVICE 👖👚 - For this particular set, I would recommend neutral, lighter, warmer toned clothing such as beiges, lighter browns, whites, creams etc. Light blue denim can also work. Please avoid dark tones such as black/navy. The plainer the better. The clothing colours make a pretty big difference on the overall look of the set. Please bring little ones/children already dressed in their outfit to enable the most time possible for your session. The backdrop being used is shown below for reference (plain cream - Props may vary - This is purely to show the colour of the set). Should you wish for any input on clothing choices, I'm happy to help :) - Please confirm you have read the clothing advice:*
