TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To be on the waiting list requires a 200.00 USD deposit, which is then removed from the original price of the puppy. The deposit can be made though PayPal or by credit card. When the submit button is clicked it will take you to PayPal. ( All down deposits are 50% refundable). Please note, once deposit is made you will be added to the waiting list. 

Once your name is on the waiting list you will be contacted by Jacob within 24hrs. Jacob will discuss with you where your spot is in line for a puppy and what your next steps are. If your spot isn't high enough on the list to adopt a puppy from this litter you will have the option to have your down deposit fully-refunded and your name removed from the waiting list. If you choose to stay on the list we will carry over your spot to a future litter of puppies. If you opt to stay on the list your down deposit will remain 50% refundable.

Down Deposits are only 100% refundable if we can't hold up our end of the agreement.    

Customers on the waiting list will be given choice of puppy in order that they came on the waiting list. (ex. The first person on the waiting list will be given first pick of the litter,  the second person will get the second pick, and so on.)

When your turn comes to pick out your puppy and you decide which one you want, you will pay a 400.00 USD down deposit on the puppy of your choice which will then be removed from the original price of the puppy (All down deposits are 50% refundable). That payment can be made through paypal, credit card, money order, or cash.

Please note that all deposits will be deducted from the original price of the puppy.

The price for the puppies in the upcoming litter is 2750.00 USD

At the time of picking up the puppy you will pay the remaining balance and agree to and sign the health guarantee.

Paradise Irish Doodles reserves the rights to cancel any transactions, agreements, etc. and return all payments if it is deemed that the new home/owner is not in the best interest for the puppy.
