Pool Party Fee $75. Saturday - Sundays only 8pm - 10pm.

A $75 fee plus a $200 deposit check is required at the time the reservations are made. The deposit check will be returned within 72 hours if all areas have been cleaned and restored and no damage inflicted.

Mandatory lifeguard services are separate charges and arranged directly with our lifeguard company, The Management Group, Aquatics Management of Austin.

Arrangements will need to be made with Aquatics Management of Austin (contact information on agreement, link below) to check availability and the number of lifeguards required for your event. Once arrangements have been made, you are responsible for assuring that the office receives confirmation before your scheduled event. 

If the office does not receive confirmation that lifeguards have been scheduled for the event, your event will automatically be canceled.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The reserving party is responsible for removing any trash as there is no longer a trash receptacle at the Shadowglen Amenity Center. Trash may not be deposited in any common area trash can, including any can at the pool or playscape. A minimum fee of $50 will be assessed for any trash deposited in any common area trash can. The pool manager will report any problems to the management office.

• Reservations and payment must be made at least one week prior to event.
• Resident host is responsible for guest's conduct and adhering to pool rules and policies.
• Resident host must be in attendance throughout the entire party and is responsible for assisting gate keeper with guest check in.
• Picnic food and beverages are permitted: no alcohol or glass containers allowed.
• All Shadowglen pool rules apply.
• Private event parties with over 100 attendees must hire and pay for a security guard.
• Lifeguard services for large groups or private parties are negotiated directly with the pool management company.
• Alcohol is prohibited from all events

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, you must notify the office no later than one week prior to your event reservation date to receive a full refund.

All fees must be paid no later than 1 week prior to the event

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shadowglen Residential Property Owners Association, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents including management company and its agents, and members (past, present, and future) (together, the "Released Parties"), from any and all charges, claims, costs, causes of action, damages and liability (including but not limited attorney's fees) for any claim or injury or damage (together, "Claim"), to either person or property, suffered by me, my family members, employees, agents, servants, guests, invitees, any member of the Association or any other person which arise from or are in any way related to, in whole or part, the use of the pool and pool areas, regardless of whether the Claim arises in whole or part from the negligence of any Released

In signing this agreement I hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Association for Shadowglen and the contracted Lifeguard services.
